Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

North Chili is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around North Chili is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went through just to quickly clean my car before selling it, and it ended up stripping a huge amount of paint off my rear bumper. When I contacted them, the employee was annoyed, made excuses that didn’t even make sense, and then couldn’t explain the damage when I questioned him—he just walked away. He even claimed the wash isn’t strong enough to remove paint… which it clearly is. On top of that, the drying was awful and left my car soaked. Completely unprofessional with zero accountability. I will not be going back and do NOT recommend this place.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!! I was trying to sell my car to get some money to put down for a new car and I detailed the inside myself and then I said to myself I’m gonna go get a car wash at the laser wash just because it was close to me. I should’ve went to the go car wash, which is much better and I have free car washes there, But anyways, I went up to laser wash and pick the cheapest option. I finished going through the car wash and went back to my house to take pictures to post online and I get to the back of my car and I see that the car wash took A TON of paint off of my back bumper. Normally, it wouldn’t bother me too bad but I was trying to sell this car so I called up there to meet with someone and I finally got to meet with somebody after he was pissed that I made him come out to look at the damage, and he was talking about some BS And how a hole in my bumper caused the paint to come off I HAVE HOLES IN THE FRONT BUMPER AND RUST AND NOTHING CAME OFF THERE!!!! Then, once I said, I had holes and rust and pointed that out and asked Him why it didn’t peel that portion he didn’t have an answer and decided to leave. He also said that the pressure is not strong enough to pee

Ran thru the car wash at this location, should have saved the $ and did a hand wash. What a waste, I know it’s a touch less, truly touch less wash. Truck looked wet coming out and got home 1/2 mile away, and it looked the same. Maybe even worse as wet spots everywhere. Save your time and money do it at home or at least not here…😡🤬

North Chili is lucky to have such a wonderful business doing a great job serving our community with a quality car wash. What a blessing. Wash, Wax and protect your investment without getting scrubbed abrasively by brushes and "hanging towels". All bugs will come right off!!!
